Job Description :

Your responsibilities will be to:Understand clients data governance framework requirements .Define and establish client’s data governance operating model and associated roles and definitions .Conduct workshops to educate client on the data governance and its importance in healthcare .Define and implement data governance policies, processes and standards .Establish and ensure adherence to a set of guiding principles for data governance .Responsible for providing advice and guidance on the application of methods and lifecycle management, yielding business value from information and data .Work closely with external organisations to understand current and emerging data governance methods and lifecycle management .Responsible for streamlining the process, with which data is collected, shared, protected, cleaned and stored .Ensure that the data governance framework is aligned with clients objectives .Develop methods for ensuring consistent application of elements of data governance including but not limited to business information policy development, data quality, access, security, and lifecycle management .Serve as a liaison between both internal and external technical and business groups. Work with key business users to define and establish data quality rules and definitions consistent with client’s strategy .Develop and maintain metrics and reporting for on-going monitoring of governed data 

Qualifications:10 years of Data Governance, Data Quality, Business Intelligence, Data ware house and analytics experience .Expert level understanding of the data governance (DG) framework including DG organization, polices, processes and standards. Experience with data governance in healthcare .Adept at explaining the need for data governance in business terms. Experienced of using data for business decision making. Experience of leading projects, managing change across business areas and a proven ability to deliver strong results in periods of uncertainty .A proven track record of successfully managing cross functional projects .Significant experience in process development, mapping, improvement and/or auditing .Knowledge and understanding of enterprise business processes and information flows .Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational skills .Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills .Ability to analyse complex issues and present solutions .Excellent written and oral communication skills .Consensus building and conflict resolution experience
