* Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University with internationally recognized professional credentials in Construction Management
* Minimum 15 years experience (min. 3 years in the Middle East) in Construction Management with a high concentration in site supervision
* Holder of Grade “A” Certificate from Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning (MMUP)
* Must be computer literate and conversant with design programmes
* Fluent in English and have writing skills
