COMMERCIAL / LOGISTIC COORDINATOR

Your Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head Of Operations Department, you will be responsible for:
Coordination and control of order cycles and deliveries.
Checking conformity of offer and LPO from clients.
Ensuring accurate invoicing and resolving of credit requests arising during
the project period.
Attend to and resolve customer inquiries
Checking material list availability & timely communication to the logistics
department.
Ensure client satisfaction by professionally coordinating all deliveries/
returns.
Ensuring accurate and correct handling of information in the system.
✧ Adhere to reporting deadlines.
✧ Create and file all related correspondences and reports.
Your Qualifications:
Well versed in MS Office Applications and ideally in DISCOS.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Well-organized team player who is able to meet tight deadlines.
Ideally: Logistics experience .
