Art Consultant / Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities
• Curate and select art work for the projects using Photoshop for Renderings. Auto Cad proficiency is a plus.
• Provide outstanding customer service through client relationships, product knowledge, gallery retailing, new merchandise arrivals
and sales event participation.
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the artistic merchandise, and develop market knowledge.
• Assist with planning and achieving sales goals for the gallery.
• Receive, inspect, and ticket incoming product and conduct consistent physical inventories.
• Assist with art show set-up and breakdowns, including installation, transportation, marketing, developing catalogues and promotion
ads.
• Cataloguing acquisitions and keeping records and archives.
• Assist in developing and updating the gallery website.
The Ideal Candidate:
• University Graduate with a degree in Art.
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in Art consultancy in an art gallery.
• Must be extremely competent, dedicated, enthusiastic, presentable and computer literate.
• Ability to perform duties with a high degree of Accuracy, Independence and Confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language. Arabic is highly desirable.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which include evenings, weekends and holidays when
required to meet deadlines.
