Roles & Responsibilities:
- Insurance Domain knowledge is a must
- Strong knowledge in Oracle SQL & PLSQL is an additional advantage
- Strong experience in the design of enterprise-grade systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good exposure in project management
- Strong Analytical skills
- PMP Certification is preferred
- Ability to lead multiple teams (Resource management)
- Experience in client handling & escalation management
- Ability to understand the client requirements, perform gap analysis and design the mock-ups
- Having Finance domain knowledge is an additional advantage
- Technical knowledge in Java/Angular is an additional advantage
- Creating functional specification document
