The Qatar government has announced its holiday schedule for 2020. Qatar Holiday list 2020 is the provisional list.

January

New Year's Day is a public holiday in Qatar. This day schools and most businesses are closed.

February

National sports day is a public holiday.

March

In March 2 holidays are there March bank holiday and March Equinox. March bank holiday is a public holiday.

May

Eid al-Fitr is the first day of the Islamic month of Shawwal. It’s a public holiday. Govt. announces May 24 to 26 as a public holiday. 

July

It is an Islamic festival to commemorate the willingness of Ibrahim to follow Allah's command to sacrifice his son. Muslims all around the world observe this event. It's a public holiday.

August

Eid al-Adha holiday is a public holiday.

December

National Day is a public holiday for all.
