Web Content Management Specialist – Permanent Position
The Web Content Management Specialist will work with content contributors and web developers to publish external and internal content across a web/mobile multi-platform environment, assist in internal development of web based solutions, and support introduction and training of new solutions to internal staff.
Specific responsibilities:
Publish web content for internal and external websites and applications;
Technical quality control of content and behavior between web and mobile platforms;
Tracking changes and providing regular reports on deployment progress;
Utilize software development tracking and ticketing software. (Team Foundation Server experience is an advantage)
Be able to communicate effectively.
Position requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English; spoken and written
3+ years’ experience using, PHP5, HTML 4.0/5.0, CSS, C/C# and .NET.
1-2 years’ experience Java, PHP5, HTML 4.0/5.0, CSS, AJAX, XML, XSLT, JSON, CSHTML, XAML, PowerShell, etc. is beneficial.
2+ years’ experience working with CMS systems is required
SharePoint development experience is a plus
Knowledge of social media platforms
Self-starter personality with good time management skills and availability to work on a tight schedule and deadline.
Mobile development experience is highly appreciated (iOS/Android)
Familiar with Objective-C, Cocoa Touch
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree
