About Your Job:
In this role you will be responsible for end to end IT Support installing, maintaining and supporting devices such as Desktops, Laptops, Printers etc, ensuring quality service is provided to end users to achieve their business objectives. You must perform system administrative activities, support Unix, Linux, Windows Operating systems and Enterprise Storage Systems to keep up with the latest technology within QR.
Additionally, You will also be responsible for User Profile Management and Access Control Unix, Linux, Windows Operating systems and Enterprise Storage Systems. You will support IT security systems such as CCTV, Access Control Systems, etc. ensuring security standards are maintained as per company policies.
About You:
To be successful in this role you must hold a Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science or Engineering. You must have at least 3 years of experience in Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Cisco Products such as Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Load balancers, and IPS/IDS. Preferable with experience on Windows, Linux and/or Unix Operating Systems.
