Role Overview:Provide project planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and project financial support on large multi-million dollar design/build construction projects located in Saudi Arabia & Qatar. Primary duties will be preparing and maintaining project schedules, tracking cost and progress working with project managers to prepare estimate to completes, Use of RMS (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Residential Management System), and other project controls related activities. 
Key Responsibilities:Provide schedule analysis and what-if schedule planning.Analyze schedule impacts of delaysDevelop WBS and project coding structures.Project performance analysis using earned value techniques.Support reporting requirements for Client meetings, invoice submittals, and monthly status reports.Utilize project management systems to update and manage project budgets, commitments, expenditures and forecasts.Use of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers RMS (Resident Management System).Communicate effectively with U.S. DoD and Local National clients and multi-cultural staff and subcontractors.Interface with disciplines to steward resolution of technical issues, Requests for Information, and non-compliant work.Report on schedule issues to Project Manager and Program Manager in a timely manner, including regular updates for reporting requirements.Ability to work under pressure or deadlines and handle multiple priorities.Overseas assignment required.
Role Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Scheduling/Project Controls or similar.5+ years experience in managing construction schedules.High level organizational skills with great attention to detail.Knowledge of CPM scheduling required.Proficiency with Primavera (must have previously developed, created and maintained schedules for multi facility construction projects with a value of $30M or more.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access.Strong written and spoken communication skills (English) required.Familiarity with USACE QCS and RMS systems a plus.Experience with DoD construction and/or overseas construction a plus.
