for a professionally managed ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 certified Roads, Bridges & Infrastructure Contracting Company SR.QUANTITY SURVEYOR/QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Candidate should be a Degree holder (B.Sc/B.E) in Civil Engineering or in the relevant subject with minimum 10 years of proven experience in QUANTITY SURVEY in medium and large Civil Infrastructure works including roads/highways, bridges, asphalt pavements, earthworks, electrical and street lighting, sewerage and drainage etc. Must be well conversant with costs analysis for work activities, risk and value management, identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks; contractual matters and claims, valuing completed work and arranging payments. Should have excellent skill in MS Word, MS Excel, AutoCAD and proficiency in English language. Ideal candidate should be highly motivated, trustworthy, honest, solution oriented, extremely well organized, pragmatic, time conscious, able to honour commitments and work under pressure.
