QUALIFICATIONS:B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying, MRICS or equivalent with min. 12 years working experience including :A strong working knowledge of international contracts including the FIDIC forms of Contract.Extensive experience in the preparation of documentation and bills of quantities; claims/ arbitration procedures and methods, processing interim valuations, final accounts, preparation and evaluation of variation orders, etc.Able to prepare budgetary estimates from design concepts for all disciplines including cost estimates; cost planning, cost analysis, procurement analysis with cost projection as required.Advising PM on contractual claims, managing, administering and coordinating all types of construction projects.Knowledge in local and international tendering procedures forms of contracts, types of contracts, etc.
Computer literate in the field of discipline. Experienced in large scale vertical and horizontal projects with project values of min. $5-50m.
