About The Business Unit:
Ooredoo Data Center has started its operation in 2005 with the launch of the first commercial services. ODC has ever since; spread business into 4 DCs with a rapid expansion plan in the near future. In 2011, ODC has been certified under the Standards for Information Security Management System (ISO27001) and is in the process of obtaining the Business Continuity Management System Certification (ISO22301).
About The Role:
Under the general direction of the CISO, the Information Security specialist is responsible for obtaining Operational Expertise for the Ooredoo Data Center Security implementations. This role will responsible as well, to the delivery of a comprehensive information security and privacy program for the Ooredoo Data Center. This position will take a lead role on projects of moderate to advanced complexity within the Security framework of the DC.
About The Person:
You need to have experience in handling large global IT operations & professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA or CISM, CRISC,BCCE, AMBCI, CWNA & strong knowledge of network-based and system-level attacks and mitigation methods, strong knowledge of system-level attacks and mitigation methods, and strong knowledge of application level attack especially web applications and their mitigation methods and how they are applied in practice, not only in theory.
