Position Title: Senior IT Technician
Business Division: Information and Communication Technology
Education:
Technical diploma or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Industry certification in major IT products; one or more of (or equivalent
experience):
COMPTI A+ certification (mandatory)
ITIL certificate (preferable)
MCSE (MS certified professional) (preferable)
Experience & Skills:
Bilingual (Arabic/English)
Minimum 4 years post-diploma experience in installing and supporting Desktop
and peripherals (Hardware & Software)
Knowledge of, and experience in, applying relevant industry standards.
Proficient with usage of standard diagnostic and testing of equipment and
software tools
Good communication (oral and written) skills in Arabic and English
Able to communicate technical details and instructions in plain language.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills in multicultural environment.
Able to work effectively with staff at all organizational levels.
