• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years experience in level 1 to 3 IT support
• Experience in configuring servers and network devices.
• Thorough knowledge in MSOFFICE.
• Knowledge of any RDBMS, MSACCESS.
• Knowledge in any programming language, Driving license and experience in retail sector will be a plus.
