  • B.Sc. / MBA in Human Resources Management with at least 10 years GCC experience in the similar field.
  • HR Recruiter to manage full cycle of recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
  • HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks.
  • He/she should be familiar with Payroll, Employment Law, training and development, Negotiation Skills, Labour relations and collective bargains.
