Safety Officer
Responsibilities:
• Prepare H&S strategies and develop internal policies
• Promote positive H&S culture in the work place
• Ensure that all employees and workers comply with safety legislation,
policies, and practices.
• Leading in-house trainings about H&S issues and risks.
• Keep records of inspection findings.
• Produce management reports, newsletters.
• Manage with the plant managers the safe disposal of hazardous
materials
Qualifications
• Degree in Health & Safety
• Similar experience between 4-7 years in a manufacturing facility
• Presentation and training skills
• Strong influencing capabilities, and change driver
