RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Work with the Chief Audit Executive-CAE in developing and updating Risk Framework and Risk Strategy for all the entities;
• Liaise with Quality assurance in assessing Process flow documentation and completeness;
• Work with departments in identifying risks and emerging risk
• Continuously monitor of Risk Appetite & Tolerance as established by the Risk owners and also communicate their appropriateness
• Continuously reviewing controls put in place to manage identified risks and determining costs associated with those controls
• Continuous review of risk categories, developing models to understand the control effectiveness
• Scheduling meetings with risk owners/risk committees to discuss the existing risks and any new emerging risk seen as potential threat to the organization
• Stress & Scenario testing and failure simulations;
• Emerging risks assessment and Exposure analysis and management
