QUANTITY SURVEYORS

 QUALIFICATIONS:B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying with min. 8 years working experience, including :A good working knowledge of international contracts including the FIDIC forms of Contract.Knowledge and experience in the preparation of bills of quantities for architectural and other disciplines; local and international tendering procedures.
Able to prepare calculations, details and other technical data necessary for QS works; cost estimates; tender and contract documents; process and check monthly evaluation certificates and recommends contractor's valuations.Provide updates to clients with cost projection as required; assist the PM in the approval of final accounts.Computer literate in the field of discipline. Experienced in large scale vertical and horizontal projects with project values of min. $5-50m.Good communication skills in English is essential, both written and spoken. Previously work with multi-national organisations is preferred.
