Job Description :
Quantity Surveyor
✧ Degree Holder in Civil Engineering or any relevant course.
✧ With at least 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying on fit-out projects.
✧ Vast experience in preparation of bids, tendering and taking off quantities.
✧ Must have excellent skill in MS Excel, Word, Autocad, BIM, Primavera and other related software.
✧ Good communication and negotiating skills.
✧ Candidate must be energetic, trustworthy, organized, self-motivated and can work under pressure.
✧ Salary package - Qar 5,000.00
Interior Designer
✧ Degree Holder in Interior Design, Fine Arts, Architecture or any related course.
✧ With at least 5 years work experience in interior design.
✧ Must have proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
✧ Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
✧ Must be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
✧ Must have good communication, presentation and project management skills
✧ Salary package - Qar 7,000.00 - 8,000.00
