Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

• Reviewing tender documents, including drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities, to understand the scope of work and requirements.
• Create comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with project specifications.

Cost Management:

• Prepare and arrange all required technical documents needed for tenders.
• Accurately estimate and price BOQs to align with project requirements and guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in quantity surveying, estimation, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong command of MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Candidates must be available to join immediately
