Quantity Surveyor
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors, travelling from the office to various sites as required.
- Measurement of work from drawings and on-site material and installation approvals.
- Preparation of Interim Valuations and Final Account, progress valuations in respect of interim monthly and final payments to contractors.
- Experience in Signage field will be added advantage.
