QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Educational :
A Bachelor's Degree of Engineering or university with major coursework in other closely related fields.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Planning role
Skills Required :
Minimum 3 years of related experience
Adequate computer skills

Brief Job Description:
Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
Performing risk, value management and cost control.
Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks.
Coordinates all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings.
Maintains documents, records and drawings under safe custody without any damage or deterioration.
Distributes and handles of all documents and records accordingly.
Maintains the files and control logs as required on a daily basis.
Handles routine administrative tasks associated with sub-components of departmental programs.
Completes data for reports, bulletins, questionnaires and other documents.
Assists in making Local Purchase Orders, Response and Request Quotations.
Performs other job related duties as required.
