Candidate’s job requirements:
• Graduation in any discipline, fluent in English & Arabic
• Work experience of 5-8 years in successfully Managing & Maintaining Properties and Facility services
• Excellent communication, selling, negotiating and interpersonal skills
• Establishes good relationships with tenants by providing competitive rental rates, enforcing & negotiating leases, maintaining and securing premises
• Computer Literacy
