PROJECT MANAGERS,PROJECT ENGINEERS & QA/QC ENGINEERS

AL BASTI & MUKTHA LLC, A LARGE, WELL-REPUTED BUILDING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN DUBAI, REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING PERSONNEL IMMEDIATELY.

PROJECT MANAGERS: Graduates in Civil Engineering with 15-20 years experience including 10-12 years in Arabian Gulf, with 5-8 years in similar position, independently handling the entire technical / commercial aspects of fast track, high quality, high-rise / 5 star hotel building projects from start to finish and deal with top class consultants, clients, specialist subcontractors and statutory authorities.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS: Graduates in Civil Engineering with 15+ years of experience, out of which 8-10 years in Arabian Gulf, executing fast track high-rise / 5 star hotel building projects from commencement to completion. Must be able to independently control a large team of technical staff and workforce and be responsible for safety, quality and productivity.

PROJECT ENGINEERS: Graduates in Civil Engineering with 8-10 years of building construction experience, including 5 years in UAE / Arabian Gulf Countries with a proven track record of executing large fast track, high quality, high-rise buildings, 5 star hotels and commercial complex projects from start to finish.

SUBCONTRACT COORDINATORS: Graduate in Civil Engineering with 8-10 years experience including 6+ years in the Arabian Gulf, coordinating with subcontractors, different services, drawings and site execution of all subcontract works for multi-storey buildings, hotels and commercial complexes. Should have experience in dealing independently with consultants, clients and specialist subcontractors.

QA/QC ENGINEERS: Graduate in Civil Engineering with 6-8 years experience in high quality building construction work. Should be familiar with ISO standards and specifications, preferably as an Internal Auditor. Should have minimum 4+ years gulf country experience in reputed construction companies as a QA/QC Engineer.

SAFETY ENGINEERS: Graduates/Diploma holder Engineers, with NEBOSH / OSHA certifications and 8-10 years of experience preferably in Arabian Gulf, implementing HSE norms in large building construction projects.
