Job Description :
Assist in drafting project proposals,budgets,cash flows,tenders documents.
Assist the project manager to maintain and manage the project team.
Maintain tracking log and create purchase requests or sales orders when required.
Coordinate the company's work and administration.
Communicate relevant information to the clients and the team members.
Ensure the requirements of clients are met on time and in cost effective manner.
Assist the project Manager in the review of important documents.
Obtain and update relevant information to the team members and manager.
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Management or Project or Construction Management.
Proficient in MS project or Primavera or MS office.
Good communication skills - verbal, written & presentation.
Work independently and in a team based environment.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
Able to deliver results within specific time frame.
