Job Description :
The Nutritionist will create and develop menus that are aligned with the nutritional value specified in the projects/contracts and review and enhance the existing menu provided within the organization. Experience is necessary as he/she will provide both internal and external customers with details on the ingredients that include the appropriate nutritional facts, recommended portioning, and healthy eating habits. The right candidate should be adept at technical analysis, documentation and designing dietary advice and able to work in a wide range of areas in nutrition. He/she should be strongly committed to continuing professional development and passionate in both theory and practice.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience earned from a large-scale industrial catering, food service, or hospitality company
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science or any related field
- Proficiency in data research, evaluation and reporting
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
