MANAGER – HUMAN RESOURCES (Ref: MHR)

Brief Job Description : The Manager will lead the Human Resources initiatives of the company and will cover responsibilities as Policy Development, Manpower Planning & Budgeting, Recruitment, Labour Management, Personnel Administration and Performance Management . The Manager will play a significant role in managing the development young Qatari professionals through campus recruitment, on-the-job training, professional development and career planning. Exposure the Oracle-Ebusiness suite in HR areas is essential. The position reports to Director – Administration.

 Brief Job Specification :We are seeking an experienced HR professional with 7+years experience with a Bachelors' Degree in Business and HR. Professional Qualifications in HR Management will be an added advantage. Knowledge of English and Arabic is preferred.
