Junior Civil Engineer - Major Stations (Qatari's only) - (1500007O)
Job Purpose:
To assist in carrying out construction activities as per approved designs.
This is the entry-level position to pursue careers in infrastructure construction. The early focus is on familiarisation and vocational development, but they will, nonetheless, be required to deliver specific, largely task-orientated and closely supervised, end results and outputs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Acquires & applies basic concepts of construction designs and structural works
• Monitors day to day progress of construction work and report on daily / weekly / monthly basis to ensure execution of work as per approved design, planned project schedule & budget
• Acquires & applies basic concepts and methods of quantity surveying and material requirements
• Physically supervises and verify actual work done and validates billing accordingly
Education:
• Degree graduate engineer in Civil Engineering or similar (Minimum GPA - 2.4 on a 4 points scale OR 3 on a 5 points scale).
• Experience: Not required as this is a position for fresh graduate
