Qualifications: Hardware and Network side. Servers knowledge (Domain, Active Directory) preferably with official certificate like Microsoft. Network experience (Crimping, IP, Switches, Routers, IT Phone) preferably with official certificate like CISCO. Support / Troubleshooting / Help Desk. Technical Level (Hardware knowledge).
