IT Support Technicians
- Diagnose IT problems, Monitor IT processing systems, install software and perform tests on IT equipment and programs.
- Technicians needs to set up IT equipment, schedule their maintenance and document all IT support tickets using the provided ERP and Support software’s/Computer Programs.
- Other job duties can include IT asset repairs and IT parts ordering.
- On the Job Training will be provided.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support is preferred but not mandatory.
