Job Description :
HVAC PIPING FOREMAN
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Lead man / 3 years’ experience as Foreman in Fabrication and Installation of piping and installation and commissioning of A/C Equipment’s for residential or commercial building projects (GCC experience preferred)
• 2 years trade certificate (Diploma / ITI course) in the Mechanical or Air
Conditioning trade
• Thorough knowledge of the use of Piping tools and equipment
• Good experience in preparing take off for pipes, fittings, hangers &
supports, installation materials etc. as required for the HVAC pipe work
• Good experience in installation of AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, Pumps and
accessories
• Supervising the Erection of Piping with Accessories (Valves, Flexible
Connectors, etc.) and pipe insulation
• Experience in installation of piping for Mechanical rooms
• Experience in water balancing of the HVAC System by Handling the
Balancing Equipment’s
• Knowledge in installation DX/ Split A/C units and piping will be an added
advantage
• Hands on experience in diagnosing cooling issues due to water distribution
problems and identifying equipment and solutions needed to rectify the
problems will be an added advantage
• Thorough knowledge of the common practices, tools and terminology of
the HVAC system installation works
