CIVIL ENGINEER
Skills and Qualifications :
B.S. in Civil Engineering, with advance knowledge in civil experience in knowledge of utilities, trenches, quality control, and project management
3-5 years of overall work experience
Scope of Work :
This role will be provide costing of all civil works, work zone traffic management, equipment hire and extra labour required for the companies projects.Conclude internal contracts and execute all the works mentioned above. The scope of civil works required for Traffic signals, street lighting and traffic signs & gantries. That includes pre-cast foundations, trenching, drilling & re-instatement, truck scale foundations & small structures.
Job Description
Design pole and gantry foundations and other simple structures.
Provide quotations and cost analysis of required works.
Discuss, negotiate and conclude contracts with the Group companies for the execution of civil works and general services.
Schedule and carry out the required works in good standard and within the agreed upon time frame. Noting that most of our projects are fast track and need to be completed in short periods of time.
Design and manage the work zone including all required traffic safety measures.
Help in developing the organizational structure for the Civil Works and General Services Division, identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards.
Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
Manages all resources including manpower, equipment and vehicles.
Manage project accounting.
