Vaccinated travellers from Qatar can enter Austria without quarantine from July 1

Doha: Citizens and residents of Qatar, who are fully vaccinated and have a valid Schengen visa can travel to Austria without quarantine from Thursday, July 1, 2021.

Children under the age of 18, who are not vaccinated, and are traveling with fully vaccinated parents, can also enter Austria without the need to undergo quarantine, Qatar Embassy in Austria said in a statement. 

Approved vaccines in Austria includes Pfizer-Biontech, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Moderna, Sinopharma and Sinovac.

Passengers from Qatar who have not received the vaccination will also be able to enter Austria, but they must register online through the link: https://entry.ptc.gv.at/en.html

They must also submit a negative PCR test, taken within 72 hours before their entry into Austria, on arrival, and be subject to quarantine for a period of 10 days. After five days if the PCR or antigen test is negative, they can stop the quarantine.
