Ministry of Public Health today recorded 267 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) and 296 people recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of people recovered in Qatar to 109438.
Ministry announced two new deaths of people aged 65 and 70, who were receiving medical care.
All new cases have been placed in isolation and are receiving necessary health care according to their health status.
The total number of positive COVID-19 cases recorded in Qatar is 112650 and there are 3030 active cases under treatment. So far, 182 people died from the coronavirus in Qatar.
Ministry conducted 2895 tests in the last 24 hours taking the total tests done so far to 516825 tests. There are 43 cases of hospital admissions in the last 24 hours.
Three patients were admitted to intensive care due to health complications resulting from infection with the virus, bringing the total number of cases receiving medical care in intensive care currently to 78.
