Tour company to offer over 60 experiences around the country

Local inbound tourism and adventure programme 365 Adventures Qatar by Peninsula Compass Tourism is set to offer more than 60 experiences around the country.

Founded in 2016, the company is licensed by the Qatar National Tourism Council.

Dividing the Qatari geography into four sectors – the South, the North, the East and the West – the areas can be explored by land, sea or aerial activities, according to a statement.

The South mainly covers city tours with rural landscapes, such as Al Wakrah and Souq Al Wakra, along with a special focus to World Cup stadiums including Al Thumama and Al Janoub stadium, Mesaieed, Sealine Beach, and Inland Sea.

In the East, the areas of Doha city, Doha skyline, the Museum of Islamic Art, the Msheireb Museums, the National Museum of Qatar, Qatar Foundation, the State Mosque, Al Safliyah Island, the Pearl-Qatar, Lusail, Al Aaliyah Island, the Dhow Harbour, and other areas surrounding the city are covered.

In the West, tourists can get a sight of famous Richard Sierra art pieces East-West/West-East at Zekreet, along with Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani Museum, the Film City, Al Maha Oryx sanctuary, the Ghost Town, as well as beaches towards the Western Coast of Qatar, including but not limited to Umm Bab, Dukhan, and Zekreet.

In the North, the list includes Al Bayt Stadium, Al Zubarah Fort, Al Thakhira Mangroves, Purple Island, Al Khor Fishing Harbor, Al Jumayl and Al Areesh ancient ruins, as well as Ras Rakkan Island.
