There is a chance of scattered thundery rain coming week, especially on Monday and Tuesday, Qatar Meteorology Department announced Friday through its official social media accounts.
Cloud amount is expected to increase gradually Saturday and Sunday, with a chance of thundershowers offshore.
Preliminary indications show better chances of rain on Monday and Tuesday, extending gradually over most areas of the country.
"Please avoid going to the sea and follow latest updates through our official social media accounts," it was added in a tweet by the Met office.
