The Tarsheed Summer Camp concluded on Thursday at Kahramaa Awareness Park. The camp was organised by the Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa), represented by the National Programme for Conservation and Energy Efficiency (Tarsheed).
The initiative was hosted within the framework of the plan by Tarsheed to raise awareness about energy rationalisation culture and achieve the goals in reducing electricity and water consumption and harmful carbon emissions. Also, it was aimed at ensuring energy efficiency and preserving the environment according to the Qatar National Vision 2030, as well as introducing sustainable development goals.
Tarsheed tweeted that a number of educational and amusing activities on conservation and energy efficiency were held during the camp.
