Strong winds are expected in the country on Monday, the Qatar Met department has said. Windy conditions and high seas until night have also been forecast in offshore areas on Monday. The wind speed may go up to 30 knots inshore and 28 knots offshore before decreasing by night, with the sea level rising to 9ft. The detailed forecast says slight to blowing dust is expected at times in some places inshore, and it will be relatively hot during the daytime. Slight dust and some clouds are likely offshore. The temperature is expected to range from 24-34C in Doha today. Meanwhile, windy and dusty conditions were experienced in some places yesterday, as well as scattered rain in some areas.
