Doha: Now you can file a criminal complaint at security departments through Metrash2. This new service launched by Ministry of interior (MoI) reduces the time of communication and simplify the procedures for the public in the light of the precautionary measures against COVID-19.
MoI published a step by step guide to file the complaint on social media.
Step 1: Log in to Metrash2 and select 'Communicate with us
Step 2: Select Criminal Complaint (Security Department)
Step 3: Select the Security Department
Step 4: Select the compliant type
Step 5: Specify the location and write a brief of the complaint.
Step 6: Attach a signed written copy of the complaint. (compulsory)
Step 7: Send the complaint.
The security department will contact the complainant.
