Doha: More than 150 individuals in Qatar will be attempting to break the Guinness World Record for Most Languages in a Reading Relay next week.
The Little Prince by Antoine De Saint-Exupery was selected as the main piece of literature for the challenge.
It will be read in 54 different languages, represented by three people each, including Arabic, French, Spanish, Japanese, German, Italian, Hindi and more.
Preparations are currently underway as the group shares a behind-the-scenes on their rehearsals for the piece through Instagram.
The attempt for the Guinness World Record for Most Languages in a Reading Relay will take place on October 12, 2022 at 6pm at the Museum of Islamic Art (MIA).
