The head of Qatar’s missions to the European Union and Nato, Abdulrahman bin Mohamed al-Khulaifi, Financial Controller of the Nato International Staff Miroslawa Boryczka, and Deputy Assistant Secretary-General (Headquarters Support and Transformation of Nato) Martin Versnel, have signed an agreement to open Qatar’s mission offices and military representation at Nato headquarters in Brussels.
