HE Sheikh Mohamed bin Hamad bin Qassim al-Thani, Minister of Commerce and Industry (MoCI), met Sunday with Ryad Mezzour, the Moroccan Minister of Industry and Trade, who is currently visiting Qatar to take part in the eighth session of the Qatari-Moroccan High Joint Co-operation Commission. During the meeting, the officials touched on bilateral relations between the two countries in the commercial, industrial and investment fields, as well as ways to enhance and develop them, the MoCI said in a statement. The officials discussed aspects of co-operation between the two sides. The Minister of Commerce and Industry highlighted the economic policies that Qatar has put in place to support the private sector, and pointed to the incentives, legislations and promising opportunities that encourage foreign investment for companies wishing to participate in Qatar’s economy, the statement added.
