The Embassy of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Eswatini delivered medical aid and materials from Qatar Charity (QC) to support Eswatini's efforts to confront the COVID-19 pandemic. The delivery of the aid was attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Eswatini, H E Thuli Dladla; Minister of Education of Eswatini, H E Lady Howard Mabuza; Minister of Health of Eswatini, H E Lizzie Nkosi and a number of senior officials in the Kingdom, as well as Charge d’Affaires at the Embassy of the State of Qatar to Eswatini, Ahmed bin Tajir Mohammad Al Sada, and third secretary at the Embassy, Hamad Abdullah Al Suwaidi. On behalf of the government and people of Eswatini, Foreign Minister Dladla expressed sincere gratitude for the assistance provided by the State of Qatar to the people of the Kingdom to confront the coronavirus and praised the level of strong relations between the two friendly countries. Minister of Education, Lady Howard Mabuza, also expressed her sincere thanks and appreciation to the State of Qatar for the aid that was provided and confirmed that it will provide students returning to schools with the necessary materials that protect them from the risk of exposure to the coronavirus. The foreign and educations ministers expressed deep gratitude for the efforts of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Mbabane in supporting the Kingdom to confront the pandemic, wishing bilateral relations further progress and prosperity
