The Loyalty360 Awards, currently in their ninth year, are the most coveted awards in the customer loyalty sector, celebrating brands that are building lasting, profitable relationships with their customers. Nojoom was the only company shortlisted from the Middle East region.
Ooredoo’s win was in the Technology and Trends category, recognising its efforts to leverage new technologies – including machine learning, artificial intelligence, augmented reality, Internet of Things and identification management - to develop a fresh approach to its loyalty strategy.
Sabah Rabiah al-Kuwari – Director PR at Ooredoo - said: “With successful customer loyalty and engagement programmes relying on technology to better understand, connect with and serve customers, we’ve invested heavily in innovation and new technologies to enable us to revamp our loyalty programme for a better customer experience. To have our efforts recognised by such an industry heavyweight is high praise indeed, and we’re delighted to receive this award.”
