Doha: Ooredoo has intensified its pursuit of excellence in customer service with the simultaneous launch of three new Ooredoo Express outlets across Doha.
New shops were opened at Gulf Mall, Asia Town Mall, and Doha Jadeed-Metro. Senior executives from Ooredoo recently visited the new Express shop locations to check out the services on offer.
While in recent months, there has been a greater shift towards the use of the Ooredoo eShop and in-app purchases, some customers continue to prefer face-to-face transactions.
The three new outlets improve the provision of physical retail coverage, further extending customer choice. The new shops will also enable customers to access all standard Ooredoo services and a team of Ooredoo’s friendly, helpful advisers will be waiting to help them with all their telecommunications needs.
