Doha: It is expected that the country will be affected by fresh to strong Northwesterly wind in some areas from Friday, June 10, 2022, stated the Qatar Meteorology Department.
It added that the fresh to strong wind will continue until the beginning of next week with gusts reaches 38 KT. This will cause dusty weather at times with low horizontal visibility to 2km or less especially at open areas.
The sea waves will range between 5-8 FT rise to 13 FT at times.
Qatar Meteorological Department urged all to be careful as well as to follow latest updates through it's official accounts.
