DOHA: The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has said that the mosques will open 10 minutes before second azan (call for prayer) for Friday prayer starting from this Friday until further notice.
The new decision came in a circular issued by the Mosques Management Department at the Ministry to Imams and Muezzins today.
