MoPH updates exceptional red list countries

Doha: The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) has announced an update on its "Travel and Return Policy Exceptional Red List Countries following the emergence of a new COVID-19 variant in Africa."

In a statement on Twitter, the Ministry also announced that the changes will "come into immediate effect".

The number of countries included in the Exceptional Red List has risen to 15 countries.
