Doha: The upcoming Lusail Super Cup is set to become an even more epic night as superstar Amr Diab is confirmed to stage a concert in Qatar's biggest stadium.
The Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy stated on its social media that the thrilling match between champions of the Egyptian and Saudi leagues will also include an epic concert by popular Egyptian singer Amr Diab.
The singer and songwriter, to date, has bagged seven World Music Awards, a Guinness World Record Holder, and is considered one of the best-selling artists from the Middle East.
The 80,000-capacity Lusail Stadium will host the much-awaited match on September 9 at 9pm Doha time. So far, tickets for the match are witnessing a huge turnout from fans as seats for the Lusail Super Cup continue to go on sale on the FIFA website.
Ticketholders are also required to obtain a Hayya Card to access the stadium on the day of the match.
