Doha: Weather inshore tonight until 6 am on Sunday will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times with a chance of scattered rain maybe thundery at times, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.
Thundery rain and strong wind are expected at places, warned the department in its report.
Offshore, it will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times with a chance of scattered rain maybe thundery at times, the reported added, warning of expected thunder rain associated with strong wind and high sea.
Wind inshore will be mainly southeasterly to southwesterly at speed of 08 to 18 KT, reaches later more than 28 KT at some places during the thundery rain.
Offshore, it will be mainly northeasterly to southwesterly at speed of 08 to 18 KT, gusting to 28 KT with thunder rain.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometers, decreases to 3 KM or less at some places
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 FT, rises to 4 FT with thunder rain. Offshore, it will be 3 to 5 FT rises to 9 FT with thunder rain.
